At Wool Blanket Online, we want you to be completely cozy with your purchase. If your new wool blanket isn’t perfect, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Place the unwashed blanket back in its original packaging, ensuring all product tags and labels are still securely attached.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
